Modified Software

Dispossessed bits - digital information out of context - are shown in a series of CDs. All bits are equal whether they belong to a piece of software for your computer or a piece of pop music for the stereo. The "Modified Software" series mixes bits from the kernel of the Microsoft operation system "Windows XP" with bits from musical mp3 files. The resulting discs can not be use on neither the computer nor on the stereo any more. exhibition
