DJ Duo
The output of one turntable is converted to control-signals using a pitch-to-CV module and an envelope-follower.
The output of the other turntable is run through a VCF (voltage controlled filter) and a VCA (voltage controlled amplifier). The VCF and the VCA receives control-signals from the pitch-to-CV and from the envelope-follower.
Variation 1:
Substitute the pitch-to-CV and the envelope-follower by a pitch-to-midi control. Substitute the VCA and VCF with a midi-controlled filterbank or other midi-controlled effectunits.
Variation 2:
Run the outputs from the turntables through a vocoder.
